a newbeys section

hey all
dunno about anyone else but im getting sick of people comming on here asking stupid questions that are already here. So how about a forum were there can just be rules of the forum.
eg.
1)search the WHOLE forum before asking questions
2) dont ask anything stupid or dangerous
3)Anything offencive can get you out of the forum
etc.

I think it's been mentioned before, but the site could use some "stickies"..

yeah, i like the sticky idea, but i think for the newcomers, the forums need a heading with something like read the FAQ & Rules before posting, and i would be more then happy to help out drawing up a list of rules/FAQ's. It would be worth it, given the recent number of similar "newbie" questions.

the reason i thought a forum is so that they dont have to go into one of the other forums to read the rules. but if there was a way to put a link somewhere up the top of the page to a rules page it would be great!
