I've revised the design of the fuel injection to fit these new changes, as is illustrated below.
In terms of flame temperature and derivable thrust, what would be the best fuel to use? I'm aware that both options have certain advantages- for example, the butane-propane mix would eliminate the need for a fuel pump, due to the gas being stored under pressure, and is also generally more efficient than kerosene. However, kerosene seems to be more reliable and conventional, and could use a typical R/C turbine engine's fuel pump system. Advice on this would be very helpful.
The shape of the actual spray nozzle depends on whether I use kerosene or a propane-butane mix, which in turn depends on the heat and thrust generated by the fuel. Flame temperature is important here, as I'm concerned that overheating could result in melting the welds. Subsonic Ramjet Design Project
