1/4 SCALE RC PULSEJET DRAGSTER

Post by jetman » Fri Jun 29, 2007 1:26 pm

Hi folks, This is the project that im working on at the moment. Its a quarter scale jet dragster. The car is 7ft 8 inches long. The pulse jet is a z-jet from italy unrun as yet. The jet, rear wheels and rear wing are all mounted, and ive just got the front wheel assy left to do to have a rolling chassis. The car will have a lexan body and front wing fitted. I think the car is shaping up great but i still have a way to go. The car will be remote controlled and im hoping that will hit some fairly high speeds. Any tips or comments would be great, as i dont know to much about the z-jet, but i do know that it is the most powerful of there range, but i still dont know how much thrust it can produce. I paid £170 second hand, but the jet is unused and was still in its box with 3 spare petal valves. I have yet to fire it up Many thanks for now JETMAN
