The welding seams are much smoother than my Dyna-Jet or smaller Tiger Jet. The Bailey Jet I bought has very smooth seams too. I recall seeing some Dyna-Jets with rather blobby welding. Seems like he could spring for a smaller or shorter spark plug though. My Tiger and Bailey both use a tiny 1/4 32 thread spark plug.
