Hi,
Nice day,
Lockwood engine would give you that kind of thrust, although I'm not certain about the "200" lbs. If not, maybe consider a "Scaled Down" Argus.ide really like to go for 100 to 200 lbs, valved or valveless, any suggestions?

I'm not a Lockwood expert and there are peoples here, and/or drawings or plans on this forum that can help you build your Lockwood.
If you decide to build a lockwood, make certain your are using stainless steel, for I have nice movies showing guy wanting to cut on costs using steel, just to see their nice engine melt and colapse in 30 seconds.
As for the Argus, the only plans I have is to produce a full scale one and my time frame and job does not allow me to scale it down and/or put to much time for this topic.
Although I've steped foward making accurate suggestions I beleive, I can not go any further ... Sorry.
Maybe someone else here can assist,
Good luck,
