A couple of days ago we had a little demonstration of the engine at Wyatt Earps Riders Motorcycle Club`s annual summerparty.
It was very appreciated and we had a laugh watching big, bearded bikers almost shit their pants when it started the first time

Johansson from Mobacken Racing also joined in with his girlfriends bicycle equipped with a Pegasus MK3-engine.

One interesting observation we made was that it wanted to move even though it stood on a gravel road. Later when we moved it we were four guys with ropes and we could HARDLY move it.

Here is the movie:

Today we did this seasons first testrun.
The combustion chamber and the tailpipe are brand new and slightly different compared to the last engine so we had some difficulties starting it at first.
But after some small modifications it fired right up and with a little tweaking we measured around 180-200kg (390-440lbs) of thrust.
And the noise and vibrations are now starting to become unbearable!
I guess this is as big as you can make them if you are going to go near it...

As usual, we have posted more info (in swedish, use google translate) and some video on our blog.

I'm impressed. What do you do now, now that you've climbed the mountain?
"We detected your video may be shaky." That was a nice touch.

Fantastic! That will be scary on the ice.

We are now closing in on the highlight of the year. SpeedWeekend On Ice 2013 in Orsa, Sweden.
In the last few days we have made some slight improvements to our vehicle and tomorrow we are making the last start before the race.
And if everything works out well tomorrow we just have all the packing and loading left (about 90% of the workshop) before we can head off to Orsa on Thursday morning.

And hopefully i can, in the next update on monday, tell you that we have entered the 200km/h-club...
That is if we can make it to the finishline for the first time ever :P

Good job at Orsa. I know you are looking to decrease the weight of the vehicle and make it more aerodynamic. Make sure to keep your center of gravity low as you shave the weight.
