please say me the following details, which one of the type you have designed your engine intakes(refer image). if you have designed the intake a direct cone without straight pipe it will be pain to start the engine, if you can try to modify it with a straight pipe and cone. Try to start the engine by inverting the tank engines gets good pressure.
