Look how far he takes his topic. He would be a good jam jar designer or helper I bet.

Somewhat related tidbit.
I remember reading books on making mechanical vowel sounds in the 1800's so the topic interested me.
"Alexander Graham Bell in particular was interested in how Helmholtz used resonators to mimic vowel sounds. Due to not being able to read German, Bell misconstrued Helmholtz' diagrams as meaning that Helmholtz had transmitted vowel sounds over a wire, whereas Helmholtz was merely using electrical stimulation to keep his resonators in motion without manual intervention. Bell reasoned that if vowels could be transmitted, then consonants also should be possible. He tried, and failed, to reproduce what he thought had already been done by Helmholtz. However, Bell was later to say that if he had been able to read German he would probably have given up the task as impossible, but in the event, went on to invent the telephone using the harmonic telegraph as the basis.[8]"

The First Noble Truth - Arthur Ganson

"Caught in a symbiotic relationship, both the wishbone and the machine are unable to manifest fully without the other. We drag our pasts with us and move according to unseen forces. More and more, we interface with the world through our mental and technological creations."

"Each worm/worm gear pair reduces the speed of the motor by 1/50th. Since there are 12 pairs of gears, the final speed reduction is calculated by (1/50)12. The implications are quite large. With the motor turning around 200 revolutions per minute, it will take well over two trillion years before the final gear makes but one turn. Given the truth of this situation, it is possible to do anything at all with the final gear, even embed it in concrete."

"Paul Eisner made an attempt on his existing World Record for Control Line Speed (1.0 to 2.5cc) which he had held at just over 194 mph since 1987. In unseasonably warm conditions (24C) the best run of the afternoon registered a provisional speed of 208.28 mph. This beats his existing record by the considerable margin of around 14 mph. The model is powered by an Irvine 15 "special" and uses a single-blade carbon fibre prop - as is usual with models of this type."

Another version. Also just after this segment/demo a powerfully sad epilogue follows, well worth watching.
