actually in the above design i made the intake calculation for 6intakes sorry for not specifying it..so we get 2inch dia for each inlet..

after looking at your kraken design i just modified the dimensions as shown in the pic..

If the theory works the way I think it should, there is no need to split the CC into 2 CCs. The one you designed before should work just as well. The Kraken benefits from having two CC cones that are near 20 degrees. If the CCs were combined, the single cone would exceed 20 degrees.

The backender designs operate mostly on aerodynamic valving, given the CC and tailpump are reasonably matched. It is paramount to adjust the CC volume to match the pump, a good match will optimize peak pressure AND frequency.

I would eventually like to see a "3 caliber engine blend" with 9 intakes as seen in the first post, but thats a ways off.

k then i will use the previous design but with six intakes each 2inches in dia. i think this engine may cross 100pounds of thrust..

the main aim of doing this project(blended bodies) is i want to know how it sounds and what is its performance based on fuel consumption and how it behaves when compared to convention design(your receipe). first i will complete my first project and second iam surely going to do this project. Iam very curious i got permission from IIT kanpur to test the performance of these pulsejet engines

It's a real pitty there are no cones and expansion on the engine or you might get closer to 200 pounds

k metiz here are some tail expansions and cones do you think this design will reach upto 200pounds of thrust..

I think 150 - 170 is a more realistic range
