I was just checking to see how many of you out there are falling asleep and who's paying attention.

The SS Trike resembles the classic "Big Wheel" chopper-style design that many of you rode as a kid. I really disliked hearing those things.

Engines are available in 96 and 113 inch. Both 49 states EPA approved and California emission (CARB) engines are available.

Damn, this is one of the things I like USA for. Here in Europe you even need a license for changing your steering wheel and its hard to get.

Yes, but not everything over here is "all fun and games".
I'll keep what you said in mind when the "powers that be" change the laws concerning what I and a lot of others consider to be "Mickey Mouse" stuff. For instance, turn signal lights have to be at a certain height above ground and at a certain minimum distance from the bike's center line.
A "State Boy" can pull you over and write you a ticket for that; and also for things like driving your vehicle with any light bulb burn out, can't read your registration plate due to it being covered with snow, mud or fog, expired safety inspection sticker, expired emissions sticker, no eyeglasses on your passenger, traveling too fast for road conditions, not wearing seat belts, didn't sign your vehicle registration, didn't sweep most of the snow from your car before driving it on the road, etc.
