Um, this might be more of what you're looking for, at least it works for me.

I've read several anodizing techniques, including Bruce's, and nowhere does anyone have any speckled designs. I have some MAG-LITE aluminum flashlights of red and blue and purple even but I haven't seen any speckled designs. I think speckling would be really neat stuff. Multi-colored patterns might be a real hot seller. Even a flashlight would be lots more fun if it had exotic color schemes instead of a single boring color.Principal Skinner wrote:Um, this might be more of what you're looking for, at least it works for me.

Maybe some sort of Peter Max inspired color schemes would sell as well. Are manufacturers afraid of speckling do you think? If it's good enough for Easter Eggs it's good enough for pulsejets I say.

Or perhaps something like this would make for an interesting tie-dyed Dynajet Grateful Deadhead.

And if you are going to tie-dye your engine or be seen with a psychedelic pulsejet, you're going to need socks.
