I used to watch this chaps progress in building a H2O2 rocket end then the site disappeared about 4 years ago. Any way I went looking and found in 2006 he was going to launch himself with a cross bow at 10G 10 miles up plus he has a jet engine for boost.

There are other links with equally vague and implausible descriptions of the "craft" BUT the interesting thing is, the jets are definitely pulse jets.
