EDF Capable Of Pushing Your Ramjet?

Post by Purki » Sat Nov 10, 2007 3:05 pm

I found this on ebay:

http://cgi.ebay.com/127mm-or-5in-EDF-du ... dZViewItem

and i tough to myself, "Hmmm, my plans from my other thread might just work with this powerful thing, maybe a maggie mugs might work with this!"

So with something this powerful, you might be able to mount a powerful enough maggie mug on a plane? Thats not the point, the point is for it to not work with only a HUGE blower or a shop vac, instead, a smaller, battery powered, light weight EDF might just do the job.

I think Steves TLAR ramjet would probably perform better than the maggie mugs, but thats just a guess.

You could design a motorjet with an EDF.

Talking like a pirate does not qualify as experience, this should be common sense, as pirates have little real life experience in anything other than smelling bad, and contracting venereal diseases
