Rocket/Ramjet?

Would u be able to make a rocket that speeds up to about 250kph an the uses a ramjet to power it?

250 kph is a bit slow for a ramjet. If you want to fly at those speeds, the best way to do it is to pull your craft with a propeller. Jet engines are generally no good under 400 kph or so. Ramjets need still higher speeds to be effective.

Bruno is right, BUT a ram-rocket, or rocket-ram, or a motor jet, would all be interesting.
I'm writing an automated airplane designer in java, useful later when you guys get ready to bolt a p-jet onto some wings

I think that the old Bomarc missile worked exactly as you describe.
