I have the kno3, sucrose, and karo but i have no scale so is there any other way i can measure them out?

The best way is to use a scale, go to Discount Scales and buy one...They have some smaller ones, with 0.1g resolution that can be had for under 100USD.
If you are going to be serious about building a rocket motor, get the things you need to do it.
You should be serious about building a rocket motor, they can be pretty dangerous things to play with.
