Topic Updates (e-mails)

Hey Kenneth,
I seem to be randomly getting emails telling me that some of the topics i have visited have had new repliies. what the cause of this is, i do not know, as i dont click the link that says keep me updated, and the topics seem to be random, out of the ones i look at. any ideas?

It's so for me. I don't know why, the "Notify" place is checked automatically even if I don't have this option enabled.
