Message from the Admin

Post by Mike Everman » Wed Nov 01, 2006 5:55 am

Hi guys. Some of the more observant will notice that I am now acting admin of the forum.

I'll be taking on an update of the Phpbb soon, as we are a few versions behind. I'll give a warning here when I get a day set that I can roll it out.

I also want to get a regular full back-up going; at least monthly.

Cheers!
Mike

Cool, that sounds great!

But I suppose that Kenneth is still running the entire site?

Thanks again for your efforts, Mike!

Just a note, can we get some sort of e-mail confirmation on new threads? Was thinking it might be a way to stop some of these spams we've been getting.

If you want to see what I mean, engadget runs that idea on their commenting system.
