phpBB root exploits

There's a root exploit for phpBB floating around out there, as some friend's of mine found out, the hard way.

Just a head's up in case you haven't already patched...

I just tried to log in three times, it kept throwing me back to a log in page, then on the 4th try it threw me to the main page, the list of valved, valveless, etc. subjects although I could see at the top right hand corner that I was not logged in. Then I decided to go to how to improve this site and post a comment. I logged in yet again and by some strange luck of the draw, I might be able to post this message.

Kenneth just assured me that he's done a backup of the forum today, and he will be updating the php in the next two. yay!
