if a 9 lb thrust baily pulse jet was being built..and it was going to power an rc plane..weight is a concern...i see that 1 3/4"OD with a thickness of .065" is available on ebay...is this a good tailpipe material??i already have the combustion chamber done..id like to use something thinner...what is the thinnest in inches that i can get away with??can i go thinner than this 0.065??

I think 0.065" would do well. I used 0.031 for my jet and it would get dented in the event of a crash. 65 thou thickness is much easier to weld too.
