Triangular injectors

Post by GRIM » Sat Feb 02, 2008 12:21 pm

Heres an injector style i have been experimenting with ,

This was the only type of injector , that my small engine would sustain on, (bad engine or good injector who knows ?),

Basically you just put the tube in a drill chuck and squash it down

The chuck must be the type with pointed jaws not the semi flat type,

The top left in the photo had dressmaking pins inserted , prior to the final squash , giving 3 small angled holes,

You can file angles on or leave them flat or , well just experiment.

Works for me , give it a try

Nice. "lobey" flame, should provide decent entrainment with reasonable mixing.

Very nice, man. I'll try one. I've taken to making a copper rossco, then taking a razor saw and making a couple cuts across the pinch. Works fabulous as well.
Mike Often wrong, never unsure.
