Humble birth of a promising program

Found this today, looks pretty sweet, the guy is progressing very well by the sound of it. Its windows software to to use for foam cutting with GMFC.
I think it needs visual studio to run, but aren't sure. It uses .sln enviroment, anyway more info is found on the forum thread if you know what its talking about.
