rolling cones?

what's the easiest way to roll cones?

harborfreight sells a kinda small sheet metal former for $80. What is the technique behind rollnig the cones that way?

A hammer and a steel tube fixed in a vice.

muscle power, a rubber mallet and a steel pipe (or diamond core drills for wet drilling in concrete, that's what i used).
