If you want to see lots of Stainless steel and machine tools to hack it into something hot & noisy, check out www.sas.net.

Also, Penn State's creamery is liquidating its ice-cream making equipment. More stainless than you can shake a dilly bar at and a few fridges that will make your neighbor jealous that he only has a whimpy little Sub-Zero.

WOW! I creamed my pants after a look at the creamery equipment. It is all high-grade steel, too. Normally very expensive.

Given the run of that facility, I think the participants of this forum could build a veritable air force. Kind of opposite to the 'swords to ploughshares' cliche, don't you think?

Creamers to screamers? Dairy to airy? Or, in less successful cases, butter to splutter?

On picture 4, if you look at the retainer at 3 o'clock I believe that little hole is a pressure tap to help drive the fuel system, along with aspiration from the vacuum in the throat it also gets pressurization bled from the combustion chamber. Or at least I remember one of his designs with such a philosophy.

What's a tumbler? Looks like a cup. I wonder if it's open on both ends. Any ideas on the size?

Thanks Mark
