HX-30 turbojet engine.
Yo guyz, I am Mrinmay Sarkar, from Bhuvan Aerospace Limited, India, want to inform you that I am making a Turbojet Engine with HX 30 turbo. I am also a senior member of JATO forum. I made a small turbojet engine with a small turbo. I will be using propane as my fuel. Can anyone tell me the expected thrust and how do I design the propane exit nozzle?

Hi. The forum is extremely quiet these days, not sure there are many turbine people about here any more.
As for your question, it seems very light on details to have any sort of answer. You might want to look at the excellent video here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aNyYxVHBSWQ

Then we have to make the forum busy!! Also sir, can you tell me an estimated price of making a micro jet engine as I have already made turbocharger one?

Nice idea, but I'm not sure many people check in here much any more. Personally, turbines aren't my thing, I'm interested in pulsejets :)
As far as costs go, you probably want the Schreckling book (I guess it's still relevant), and you'll need to source the various parts plus the machinery to make the rest, minimum lathe and mill. It's not going to be cheap, easy or fast. Friend of mine made a KJ-66, really nice build, but took over a year of evening work.
Gerald Rutten's site has plans for his 130 and 180 turbines, which use commercially available turbine wheels. http://www.gerald-rutten.nl/turbines.htm
You'll need the KJ-66 plans to go alongside, you'll be able to find those if you know where to look (hint - "looking for plans")

I already have the Thomas kamps book. But is there any formula to make the combustion chamber like the turbocharger ones?

I don’t have both lathe and mill.

Dunno, man. Probably.
https://www.mas.bg.ac.rs/_media/istrazi ... _29-34.pdf and https://www.ijser.org/paper/Design-of-T ... amber.html
came up on a quick google search for "combustion chamber dimensions for model jet engines"

Re: HX-30 turbojet engine.
But which has more thrust compared to weight? A pulse jet or a turbojet?

Re: HX-30 turbojet engine.
What really matters is thrust specific fuel consumption. But in any case, there's no one answer. A pulse jet we might build at home will probably do worse than a turbojet we might build at home.

Re: HX-30 turbojet engine.
Ya, turbojets are considered better. But is only you and me available in this forum?

No, but not everyone is interested in turbojets, and a lot of people only really check in once or twice a month.

Re: HX-30 turbojet engine.
We have to switch from Pulse Jets to Turbojets. Turbojets are better in everything. And modern technology is fully based on Turbojets.
