Gluhareff say:
The "2nd stage is 1/2 wave length and 3er stage is 1/4 of the same wave length"
which means this statement?
Questions: all!
but for now ...
- When we know that an engine is tuned?
- How tune in sonically? Cutting or lengthening the stage or what?
- Someone can give a lecture on attunement, with practical examples, not mere theory?
- Could explain with examples?
- Recordings can serve as an engine tuned compared to matching different engine sounds?
and we need tools ...
- Software for the analysis of sound and other tools?
thanks

yo bro, get in touch with me---- i composed a detailed and lengthy post / response re your ? about sonic tuning, but the site dumped it before i could submit ! Kevin---- kylebear2000@hotmail.com or call 2083363554
Re: How tune in sonically 2nd an 3er stages in Gluhareff engine
well, I hope to help me with the solution.
if I have a four-inch tube and I tone it sonically, with the following information:
1 .- The tube receives a continuous load of air-propane mixture in a 15:1 ratio
2.-The estimated speed of sound in the middle is 768 m / sec.
calculated based on the formula
Sound velocity V = sqrt (crt / m)
where:
1.400 adiabatic compression coefficient c
8.315 r universal gas constant
1473 t absolute temperature (K) which is the gas (1200 °C);
0.029 m gas molar mass (kg / mol)
find:
a) Fundamental frequency
b) tube length
Thanks
