A quick question for those who have run these. How far back should I be with the blower? Do I have to have a full bottle of propane? Mine is about 1/3, BBQ bottle that is. And i think I may have solved how to flare the inlet, I am going to heat the lip to red hot and then pull the lip down a piece of round stock, should work(crosses fingers)!!

Just a quick heads up, maiden run complete. All systems go! With about a 2 foot cone of blue flame this little dragon runs like a champ. Now just waiting for night fall to take a good video!
