Everyone needs an assistant like that. The world would be a happier place if more people did.Ben wrote:I think I like the last picture the best.

Hehe. Nothing to add.Ben wrote:I think I like the last picture the best.

But how the hell could I know that Bruno would jump in by a probability number of "stated event = true" being 1.00 (or even larger)?

Because I have a shallow, two-track mind and you already know that one of those tracks is occupied by pulsejets.mk wrote:Hehe. Nothing to add.Ben wrote:I think I like the last picture the best.

Scramjet? Well, if you had plans of a small scramjet, I think you'd have CIA, DHS, NHS, FBI, KGB and a dozen assorted other members of the alphabet soup at your place in no time at all. Not to mention black helicopters and Men in Black.
But, suppose you had such plans, what on Earth would you do with them? Build the thing?

You obviously did not get my last posting.Red_Armor wrote:but I don't have such plans, I'm asking if anyone has.
Do an Internet search on 'scramjet' and you'll find out how likely it is for anyone to have such plans.
Two (2) scramjets have been successfully tested in the known history of aerospace. One in the US and another in Australia. Both have cost more than you and your family and all your friends put together are likely to earn in your entire lifetime. The thing doesn't even begin to work properly before it flies at several times Mach speed.
Now please, why do you hope to get a plan of such an engine? If you did get it by some fantastic chance, what the hell would you do with it? Build it? Do you have a spare SR 71 in your garage that you can use for testing, or what?

Well, for one thing, you need something that can work on your bench. Ramjets need to move fast before they start working properly. My advice is to try a valveless pulsejet.Red_Armor wrote:Bruno sorry but seams to me more easy to build because has no moving parts. what do you advise me?? for starters like me.

Red Armor,
What I would really recommend is for you to read the "um...pulsejet" thread in the valveless pulsejet section.
You can find it at http://www.pulse-jets.com/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=1969
That's the best beginning in valveless pulsejets you can get, in my opinion. If you try that, everyone in this forum will be willing to help you.
And, once you hear the engine roar, you will be hooked for life.
Good luck!

Well, friend, believe it or not, but as I'm writing this, I am raising a glas of Casal Garcia vinho verde to you. I wish you luck.
Information on anything relating to these engines is very difficult to find anywhere but in this forum. Furtunately, there are plentry of good people here ready and willing to help with information and advice.
