Mythbusters came through and busted that one. There's no way you can make a car like that become airborne, even with the JATO bottles purported. They tried, and since the whole thing with Jamie and Adam going for absolute destruction if they bust the myth the way it's supposed to go, that's a definite no-go.

yeah if yor using a nuke engine youll glow green at night and then neverneed a pit stop. but what if i crashes? then youll be in big trouble with somebody. if a country were to go to waqr with an aircraft like that itd be an eccelet fighter but what if you crash it?
needs supervision.........
