Wellll,
There's no real end to this story. Things I've learned since this early design are that sure, it could be made to work, but fundamentally, having square geometry is not a great idea. Material needs to be thick and heavy not to deform when very hot. It was definitely a fun exercise, and the beginning of my analytical journey. Thanks for taking me down memory lane!
