I am kind of new to pulse jets. So i am curious if this is considered a pulse jet.

That's a "pipewood", a Lockwood-Hiller "ish" jet made from off-the-shelf plumbing parts. Invented by our very own Mike Everman, if memory serves. Search here for plans.

Oh, it's yours?
In that case, you're not feeding it nearly enough. No regulator, lose the hole in the CC, shove a rosscojector up the intake.

Do you guys have a guide to plumbing propane into a pulse jet. I have never tried my hand at that and not sure where to start exactly

Try something like this. Bend your injector tube back 180 degrees so you can tie it to the intake with some hose clamps.

are you talking about keeping the torch attachment or removing that all together and hooking the propane directly up to the injector tube?

Like Tufty said, lose any restriction between your propane tank and the injector. So tank > hose > injector
