How does your injector look and where is it placed?

My injector is a tube of internal diameter 4mm, with 2 lines of holes of 2mm of diameter, which crosses my combustion chamber in 10mm of the cone of the air inlet.

Think you that I have to cut my intake air?

Try a different injector: a Rosscojector straight through the intake

If you build this engine from proven plans: don't hack off anything. Just try the injector. As an alternative, try the GRIMjector

A rosscojector is incredibly simple to make : viewtopic.php?f=3&t=5429&p=73658&hilit= ... tor#p73658

GRIM's 3 lobe injector is a similar concept. viewtopic.php?f=7&t=4688&p=55032&hilit=injector#p55032

Injector placement is important. With a"stinger" like this, you can probe your motor to find the best place for the injector.

franchouille - I have the same problem. Try reduce intake diameter to about 80% of original size.
