minimal thickness for pulsejet walls?
What is the most minimal thickness you can make pulsejets out of for lightweight applications?

if you are running stationairy, no less than 0.5mm
on a plane with active cooling you can go down to 0.3mm

And how they can weld the sheets of 0.3 or 0.5 mm to fit properly sealed? with which equipment? With which technique?

using TIG equipement. can't go into detail about exact technique, youtube it.

I think it would be neat to have a small pulsejet made as thin and light as possible.

Anyone have suggestions on MIG techniques for welding .5mm or 24 gauge steel sheet? I know it can be done just not easily.

I wouldn't advice building it out of normal steel that thin. It will rot away in no time.

I suppose 321 stainless would do pretty good. I wonder if 347 or some kind of inconel would be better or which the best? If I recall correctly Earl Bailey told me inconel is a little heavier and dents easily. I guess each alloy would have good and bad qualities depending on what you wanted to trade for.
