Holy. Crap.
That is all.

Re: M500 build log
great scot,
Looks like it will be a warm winter this year. If the oil burns a little slow, it may need to be heated.
Holy mother of sound that will be some noise.

I like the artistic multi-exhaust look, it's not a sterile looking pulsejet. Reminds me of a Saturn 5 rocket.

After finishing the injectors I gave the M500 some gas in the garage, using a GRIMjector as a pilotflame. Sounds kinda shitty on the video (camphone) but it's a real nice deap low growl

Don't melt the asphalt coating of your rooftop!!
Any experiments with the pumps done yet?
Your scepticism is fuel for my brain.

Yes I have! both pumps run fine. Only the more powerful pump will tollerate a single oil nozzle hooked up (limited flow), the other will pump intermittently with one hooked up. Would you be ok with me trying to get the pumps out of their housing? That would make them a lot easier to work with

No problem, do what you wanna do with them as if they are yours. They were'nt expensive: Found them as trash in a container

Updates! sorry for the wait. I made a mounting frame for the engine. Still needs an aditional support in the middle and some other tweaks. Getting to it.

Welded some struts. Ran out of welding wire just before finishing of course. Here's some pics

Nice work man
Hopefully you don't get too much trouble with getting enough underpressure by igniting the triple intake chamber. I thought I've read that sometime ago, however it's possible that I'm talking bullshit , I'm not very busy with pulsejetting after building a jampot pulsejet a year ago.

I have high hopes for this. I remember from some of the literature on here that thermojets generally work best when built nice and big like you're doing.
