Based soley on other designs with those features: the divergant cone is waaay too long

"divergent cone" are you referring it to first or second cone in exhaust pipe. This is the first time iam designing these type of engines so i need some experience in developing it. Are you saying me to reduce the length.

The divergant cone is the first, long one. Yes, decrease its length by 60% or so

That's more like it. I'd say decrease the reflector (2nd cone) to 55mm and build it. If you want a good benchmark you should also build an identical engine with just a straight pipe and compare thrust and fuel consumption.

Here is the modified cad design. Is there any particular reason for reducing the rectifier length.

All my comments are based soley on what I've seen in other engines that have those parts and none of them had rectifieres nearly as long.

Hello joe and metiz here is a video i have got for you. This is my previous engine which i didnt start after adding augmenter, now it works like monster  still thrust not tested. Just made to work it at low throttle. All people came out of their house and searching for the sound   it was really ground shaking.

Looking good! Now make a 2nd identical engine with just a straight pipe and see if there's a thrust difference

Already my first attempt was with straight pipe still i didnt calculate the thrust difference but by seeing i can say that the cone transition design is much powerful than the straight pipe design.
