What guage mild steel would you recommend for valveless pulse jet construction?
Are there any plans for a self starting thermojet about 10 lb thrust?

Welcome to the forum.

Use some 1mm mild steel and read pyrojoes recipe. Get a build under your belt and then worry about thrust. The experience of building and starting your first will be invaluable.
