ignition system

can i use this type of ignition system for my valveless engine will it be sufficient....please tell me..

In short, "No". You'll want something that can fire a sparkplug, and that means high voltage (9v is not high voltage). Use the forum "search" facility, there's a (probably sticky) thread on ignition systems.

If you plan on building a circuit for an automotive ignition coil. You will be much happier with a 12 Volt DC system.
tufty, is most definitely right you can not get a spark from that circuit!
However, you can use an Electronic Grill Igniter. They generally run on 1-AA battery or 1-AAA battery. You won't be real happy with the battery life thought.

the ignitor looks great,buthe listing the you showed is ebay(usa).but iam in india how can i get it.. :?: :cry:
