It calculates to about 31.17 CC sq.inch area, so to achieve 31 pounds, it would only need 1 pound per square inch. It should be able to reach above 35 pounds if given enough well mixed fuel.
It is difficult to predict if the aerodynamic valving of this type will have considerable effect. You want to have no sharp edges on the exhaust port (file smooth and round), and sharp internal edges on the intake, where they port into the CC.

i completed making the tailpipe and combustion chamber,but unfortunately fabricator says that four 35mm dia pipe will not be able to be placed in a 160mm dia sheet along with 80mm dia. so what can i do now do i have to change the intake pipe dia or place the intake in someother place.

25mm would represent a 0.625*caliber intake. Engines have run at .6 but they typically need considerable air entrainment from the fuel supply and tend to be starved for air. In essence it creates a poorly balanced smaller engine.
It may be feasible to use 32mm and considerable entrainment.
If using the 35mm, each inlet could be welded to the exhaust pipe, then individual filler plates used. I have attached a drawing to explain.
Not an easy solution, but I have done this many times. Weld on the interior, and grind and file flat when finished. Typically allow the opening of the pipes to surpass the plate by 1.5mm, so that the weld heat will be dissipated better and give more metal to the weld. Weld in short runs (1cm-2cm)and allow to cool repeatedly, or warpage will occur.

atlast i made it. After two days iam going to test the engine because still i didnt make the injectors. Ah i have a question here can i use rosscojector here.

Rosscojectors should work well. They should be mounted securely to prevent them from being pushed away from the intakes. What was the intake diameter chosen?

Actually, I'm curious to know how it performs without the flares?
If the aerodynamic valving is working well it may run without them.
Once your working on maximum performance they should be flared.

Will need to see how it runs first, if it is stable then a simple augmenter can be constructed first.
I would recommend to just roll a tube to a diameter that matches the CC diameter.
To find the length of the augmenter:
-Measure the TOTAL length of the tailpipe.
-Multiply that measurement by 0.44
-Use result from the calculation to measure from the ported CC plate to that distance on the tail.
-Mark tail with a black pencil or pen.
-To find the length of the augmenter measure from the flare on the intake back to that mark.
The goal here is to make the intake length plus the augmenter length to equal 44% of the tail length.
