Re: The M25
Hey turbinepower these links maybe of use. These are designs I have that should be good for us newbies
http://www.popularmechanics.com/home/ho ... -pulse-jet
One of Larry' designs
And
http://www.pulsejetengines.com/freepulsejetplans/
Beck tech designs iirc
3lb thermojet jet

Re: The M25
I have read through this thread, nice pj but looks like I would need some experience before jumping in
Re: The M25
Hi Metiz, I noticed you have posted in the last day or 2. Hope you don't mind me bothering you about this engine!
Have you weighed this engine and what gauge stainless steel is it constructed from?
Also are you able to release some plans too me?
Thanks
Kevin

Re: The M25
The plans are freely available, just can't find them back on the forum...look for the attachement in this post. The engine has been constructed from 1mm 304 stainless steel. Never realy weighed the engine but I think it's around 3 pounds. You can round off the dimensions to 1 digit behind the period e.g., 39.356 = 39.4
Make sure you follow the plans as close as possible.
If you're having trouble with some of the layouts (like with the choke cone and the hole alignment) let me know.

Bedankt Metiz
Iam very greatful of your help, and iam sure ill be asking more questions regarding this design.
Infact do you have any thing to add regarding the use of petrol/gasoline? I have ideas of making some kind of stupid rc plane and flying this engine
Kev
ps. i have had a little search and been unable to find where the plans were posted orignally but i should be able to get on ok with the above drawing.

Re: The M25
If I knew how to fuel this engine efficiently with liquid fuel I'd be flying it myself. It's very hard to do. I have some ideas and a somewhat promising prototype but all testing has been put on hold indefinitely.

Re: The M25
Not a problem, i understand!
i think i will build an m25 or m40 for fun, and build a valved atomjet ect for flight, i can always go back to the m25 if i figure out how to liquid fuel it.
or maybe i should make that the task, a liquid fuel solution so that it can be flown!!
too be honest i dont think i have enough experience at this moment. maybe in a year or two ill have some ideas

Re: The M25
I was messing around with a liquid fueled M25 a couple of years back. I never realy properly tested it but I did build a single intake version of the engine so here are the plans if anyone's interested (all dimensions internal)
