hmmmm
i did not make the plans up
i used a program in msdos that i downloaded from somewhere in this forum and used that to make a plan
i dont really think it is right anyways. can anyone edit this plan so that the diameter of the combution chamber would be 80 mm?

Here you go, guys. You may need an extra 150mm on the tailpipe, maybe not, you'll have to experiment. This has a conical flare between the intake and the CC, not shown on your drawing. May be OK without it, flat as you've shown, but it'll need to be thicker material or it will bulge out. The cone is bette structurally.
