Fun tour, Jerry! Thanks!
Have you put any fuel to that spherical chamber?

Mike Often wrong, never unsure.

Nice pictures, thanks!jerry marra wrote:...Hiller/Lockwood-Thermojet- Free piston – Glueharef pressure jet - custom design Escopette ...
I didn't see the free-piston engine or the Gluhareff...do you perhaps have more pictures?
You seem to have a ready supply of the stainless sanitary flange fittings -- nice!

Good morning mike, dave,
the spherical chamber still need an input nozzle and fuel nozzle, dont know the angle yet and it will be fueld with propane.
dave, did not want to place the pictures in the valveless section ,so i will post the loudmouth in the turbine page and the gluhareff in the pressure jet page tonight.
Sanitary fitting are very expensive but with the guage and the SS 316 it will last a long time, and tigs well.

The sanitary tubing is all I've ever welded (both types 304 and 316, using 308 filler rod and oxyacetylene) - yeah, it's heavy duty stuff, but welded up really nicely with a fluoride powder flux.
Man - very nice work on all that stuff! Yes, you've got to finish up that spherical job and let her wail!

Edit: I meant '... is all the stainless I've ever welded ...', of course. I usually just work in plain steel.

Jerry,
I noticed from your posted photos that it appeared that, as of the time the photos were taken, the only valveless pulsejet engine that had been run was your Hiller-Lockwood with the attached Inlet thrust augmentor. When you ran it, did you collect any thrust data, and perhaps the corresponding fuel flow rate?
How did it perform?
Dave
