I was out trying to get my square valveless to run & I took some video

I had what bike racers call 'a bit of a moment'

Sheesh!

Bruce's advice on mounting an engine high to escape them flameballs seems all the more sane now... I myself was really glad I had protective goggles & stuck my locks inside a cap, when I got similar things out the intake.

Glad you too escaped unharmed!

Yeah, I did seem to remember thinking that perhaps goggles might have been a good idea.

Fortunately the wooly hat saved my hair & eyebrows. I thought there might have been a bit of eyelash damage but no, not even that. I was lucky!

Glad you are alright but i saw this and laughed until i cried, great film!.
I have used a similair method to shave before now, bit sore so wouldnt recommend it.
Fantastic Flame dodging. Did it fire up in the end?.

No it didn't fire up & Yes, I'm in the UK. Paisley, Scotland to be exact.

I have had it running using compressed air but it won't sustain.
