Hi,
The two top pictures are of a valveless pulse jet and I think they call it a "Thermojet".
The rest of the pictures shows regular valved pulse jets, with one picture showing the inside valve and valve plate.
As for prices, look for similar engines on Ebay and this will give you what they are worth on the market.
