valved pulse jet engines & people

Hi, Gang,
I'm still hoping to learn about all the p-js that have been marketed, especially valved designs. Who designed the Minijet, Brauner, Juggernaut, & the other 75 types? I know all about Marks & Tenney and their Dyna-Jet but have little on most others.
My D-J story is in the hands of Scott Trostel and he is getting it ready for printing. We're not yet sure about its format though I prefer a ring binder so that the pages can be opened flat. Any ideas?
