0.8mm-1.2mm and you want the seams as tidy as possible inside, some fabricators take extra steps to produce perfect joints and seams. Personally i have only built valvless pulsejets from scrap materials so far, but they have all worked too some degree.

Have you decided whether to go with a valved or valveless pj?

I'm going to prioritize the valved engine I've started, If it doesn't work though the M25 sounds nice.
Now Whats better, injection of fuel into the intake or into combustion chamber?
And on a side note, does anyone know where the thread about injecting water is?
