well i don,t think i have enought air what do you guys think. we did several "starts" but nothing more exiting than this,
I did try to give it less fuel but that didn't do it well more fuel didn't work ether atleast not with the leafblower and compressor we used at the same time.

well we had more air today. but it didn't work. I don't think my valve are big enough and that results in to much hot gases that return in to the enging and that causes my valve to look like this:C

What do you guys thing I need help with this and fast:S
I am thinking that i should go up to 0,3mm springsteal I now have 0,25mm and make the valve inlett bigger.

This are after maybe 4-5min of total running time:S

Wish I could help, but at the moment my best guess would probably be completely wrong.

Looks like the valves are slamming shut. maybe decrease the tension?

You need something to keep valves from opening too far.

aah, so fu##ing close. I have stops for the reed valves in it now and they made it better. But i will moddify them today so that they don't open just that much.

In the film I actuly beleve that it startet fore a few pulses just at 0,30 when i opened the second fuelpump. But by the my reed valves was bad and at 0,50sek thay almost failed completly. All 16 have bits as big as 1cm2 missing and one are completly missing leaving to wholes :(

Ok, it is winter here in sweden now so the work has begune again. I have built a new reed valve set and that did cut the valves only half as long as the orginal.
I am atlest getting somewhere now :D
