fuel pump info needed

Post by james t » Wed May 12, 2004 10:53 pm

im building a 9lb (3/1/4") combustion chamber pulse jet ..im using the method of delivering fuel described on another site...the fuel is pumped into the engine, not delivered into the venturi but is injected inbetween the petel valves and the washer(its actually two washers and its injected inbetween the two right behind the valves...the heat from these washers is supposed to vaporise the fuel and the fuel bath is supposed to keep the valves cool as to extend their life)..if anyone knows the method of fuel delivery that i am talking about please help...the site says that the fuel should be pumped in but does not explain what kind of pump to use where to buy it or how powerful it is...if anyone can advise me of the proper pump to use and how to find it id appreciate it
