Mm, looks to simple to be true.
Take your favorit thermojet. Build two pressurejet coils on or inside it (remodel the CC for inside mounting).
One coil will be used to produce the supersonic propane flow (flow? ) and is fed, together with the other coil, directly into the beginning of the small dia CDE pipe.
The other coil is fed with: which also turnes supersonic. Note that this mixture is stored liquid!
Lights, sound, and... Ignition!
Am I far off?

A pitty is that in gas volumes measured, you need 5 times more O2 than propane for the right mixture. 2 C3H8 + 10 O2 = 6 CO2 + 8 H2O
That bottle of N2O/O2 will implode!
Note that if you would somehow succeed to use air instaid, you would again need 5 times more (air contains 20% O2), creating a much bigger mass-flow.
