What Can I Use For Valve Material?

Post by Mike Kirney » Tue Aug 10, 2004 4:45 pm

Blue spring steel and stainless steel are the most often used valve materials. Thicknesses used are generally between 0.005 inches and 0.008 inches (0.127 - 0.203 mm). Metals such as brass and aluminum are not a good choice because they are too flexible and do not hold up to high temperatures very well.
Trig IS fun.
