My father

Post by metiz » Fri Dec 30, 2011 12:40 am

My father recently passed away. He was the man you can often see in my video's, covering his ears.

I do not know when, or if I'll get back to pulse-jets but for now, I'm done.

Regards,
Joost.

Joost

Sorry to hear that my friend, it takes time, so you should take some time just for yourself, but remember the good times and keep those close when you feel the pain....

All the best

Joost, so sorry to hear that. While i do believe that heaven is on earth, i also believe that we move on to something just as cool, and that our first thought on arrival is "what was I so worried about?"
Take care, man. .

Joost,

I'm so sorry to hear about your father. I understand what your going through. I lost my wife suddenly back in April. I know everyone tells you it will get better with time and right now it's hard to believe that. You never really get over it but you learn to live with it. It does get easier with time. I have ran my pulse jets one time since then and it's just not the same. But I know with some more time I will again enjoy things and you will too. You will know when the time is right. Someone told me that there is not a time limit for grief. You have to grieve in your own time and your own way. It's like storm waves, some are small and some are big and you never know when they are coming. For me, as time goes on the waves get a little farther apart. My son and I have both been going to group and individual counseling. I know it's not for everyone but it has help us. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Keith
