How can I avoid flying upside down?

I bought two helicopters beyond my abilities (an MCPX and a 450 3D), and I'd like to take each of them for a test flight without crashing on my first attempt. How, please, can I make sure not to fly upside down? I have the DX6i and have used the settings that come with the manual for both helicopters.
hello , i am new , a girl who have many boy's hobby,like rc helicopter,rc airplane,I often DIY and play with it in the park . so what is your hobby ?
